Everything went extremely well! I’ll be honest this wasn’t my first rental with hertz but this was my first good experience with Hertz at JFK Airport! A big shout out to Tara-Dee! Thank you! Price was a little expensive though.

Great experience over the Memorial day weekend. The car was ready when we arrived. My name and car location was on display board. Walked to the car and was on the way within minutes. Similar experience on the return. Agents were around to take the car and to check for any issues with the car. Ms. Hassana was very helpful with getting us to the airport in no time Highly recommended

It was my first experience with Hertz, definitely not the last! I arrived later than my pick up time, the car I was eligible for was gone, but they made sure I had a decent car instead. Amazing staff, particularly Sugrim, superb! Very helpful, all of them, in fact, were polite and accommodating. Will be renting more often from them for sure.

First time customer of Hertz I thought it was one of the best companies to rent cars from, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. When I got to my car I noticed right away that it was dirty on the inside, stains and crumbs on the cup holders coffee stain sits had white spots car wasn’t vacuum correctly front window was really dirty. I believe my wife and my self paid to much for 3 days $700 in we got a dirty car not happy will not recommend this rental to no one I will add pictures.

You should drop off by 630 645. Just to be safe . I traveled at night and got to my gate later then what i thought because of the amount of people that was on line for security. They say its good to be 2hrs early at the airport

Yes, there are a lot of people coming in at that time I would make the reservation or join one of the car clubs it will save you about an hour is time

If you can deal with it just wait till you return, if you are close by hurtz drop on by and they will take care of it. Or you can call them I'm making send you to a certified Hertz repair facility usually a tire place that can take care of it

Call Hertz service center, there is a daily charge on the top of the toll charges and that's why the charge might seem too high.
Hertz has plenty of locations at all three airports LaGuardia Kennedy and Newark as well as locations throughout the Barro's go to the website or call them and yes you don't want to go to Manhattan that could be a 2 and 1/2 hour drive

Hertz' gas, pre-purchased, is' fairly priced. Consider buying that first tank and sparing yourself that search.
You have to take the airtrain and stay at the Jamaica stop, it's free and the driver says Jamaica and Rent Cars, you can look for the signs, but ask where you can take the Airtrain.

The Air-train goes from Federal Circle Terminal (Hertz) to all the airline terminals. The Hertz location is on JFK grounds.
