HI THERE! I am renting from Albany, and I need to know if there is a shuttle from the return location at the airport to Terminal 5. I tried to contact a customer service for hours with no success, I will appreciate your prompt answer, thanks.

If your talking about JFK You can take Air Train (across from Hertz)Straight to Terminal 5 There is No Charge

JFK has an AirTrain that stops at all terminals, the long term parking lot, Federal Circle (where all the on-airport car rentals are), and the Jamaica Center and Howard Beach public transportation connections. You pay $5 if you use the AirTrain to access the public transportation centers, but it's free between all the on-airport stations.
