Worst online experience ever! After waiting for a delayed item, the box was opened and the wrong product was inside. After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes 3 different times, the customer service rep told me I would have to go inside a Lowe's to return the order even though I my order was online. When I asked for a manager she began hollering, then screaming. Unbelievable. Don't order anything through this company!

I purchased a washer and the extended 5year protection plan from Lowes 4 years ago. I have had to have had 6 repairs done on it in that time. The only compensation I received from them I'd a one time (each claim) $50 laundry reimbursement. I'm at 3 and a half weeks on my latest claim and still no repair, not laundry reimbursement , or loaner washer for the time being. When I call customer service and the appliance repair company no one can give me answers as to when my parts will be received or if they've been ordered. I would like the purchase price of the washer so I can just buy a new one at this point.

Went to Lowes in Largo, MD to purchase appliances. Not one associate assisted me or offered to assist. After browsing the appliances and deciding on a brand, I finally found an indifferent female associate seated at a service desk. She was already with a customer, and they were seated together for a long time. When I inquired, the female associate did confirm that she worked in the appliances section but gave me no indication of when she would or could assist me. I waited another 15-20 minutes and then left since the female associate seemed content to stay seated with her existing customer only. There were a few other associates walking through the store who greeted me, and a male associate seated in a kitchen cabinet section, but again no offer for assistance. Either Lowes is hiring the wrong people, they're not being trained well, or maybe these workers just don't like their employer or their jobs. Result, Lowes lost a big sale. I'll shop elsewhere.

Bought a washer and was asked if I wanted the 5 year warranty told me it’s automatic you don’t have to register it. Well I did and when I got receipt out the warrant book u couldn’t read it. Like it faded to nothing how and why I don’t get. Been calling and nothing been paying to go to laundry mat but i have warranty on my washer at home. Seems like a scam and taking peoples money but I’m getting a lawyer. I want a new washer gas money fee paid to laundry mat time I spent. It’s saddest customer managers I ever seen in my life

Exactly. they have no clue how to answer phones and transfer calls in anything customer service related. I don't blame the employees it's apparently of lack of supervisory failure not training them correctly. They must have a high turn around in employees .

Yes waiting for the blinds the order was messed up the guy came did not complete the job today he was suppose to complete not answering the calls the voicemail so is the entire staff of Lowe’s the guy came without wearing mask with shoes on everywhere in the house had no manners may be 90 plus of age and now we have partial blinds without sun protection in 100 degrees in Texas we still don’t know about the service we will get or not trying to call the corporate office was holding for an hour is it my problem after paying the entire amount upfront a big dollar amount God help me
A two rail fence,stArted August 7th, 4000 cash up front. They keep sending out same contractor and it looks like a crack head did it. None from Lowes will come see, so I took pictures to them.They got that veterans money and left him hanging.It will be September, still ghetto fence.Worst company ever.wetumpka,Al,B and contractors are the worst,they will never get another order but I will let them pay lawyer fee, aski for treble damages.I never seen such unprofessional work.boycott Lowes they rip off veterans, never use them for a fence, I waited 2 months

Similar experience ; went to a Lowe’s, purchased a dishwasher, hose, installation, and removal. Only delivery guys showed up with the dishwasher explaining that they don’t remove or install. I had them return the dishwasher. I called the store and was told by the store manager that he would call me back in 30 minutes. Never heard from him, but did receive a call from the salesperson ( who, I learned, was never supposed to be in appliances). He explained it as “a miscommunication!” Be assured there was NO ambiguity in the discussion about what I wanted! NONE! He called two hours after I’d spoken with the store manager. I then spoke with the department manager; she lacked any managerial skills-simply kept repeating their policy. I cancelled the sale! They were all useless! No apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience!!

Did you ever get resolution? My current situation seems really similar to what you described & I'm getting no help from the store manager. We ordered cabinets in May, received them in August, had their installer put most of them in in September, only to discover their design for our kitchen didnt work. Now going on the 3rd month of trying to get the design resolved and cabinets reordered so a new installer can put them in (hopefully correctly this time).

Lowes is horrible when it comes to flooring. They don't stand behind their installation contractors. I have a linoleum floor they installed that is now coming up and buckling after only a month. Lowes is refusing to do anything about it. They are making all kinds of excuses.
Same here no return of phone calls or emails.
I found it some store Daily Managers aren't that good and it's actual Store Manager may not know your version of what actually happened. So I feel going to corporate after informing the store manager is a good decision.

The CEO never admits to poor management. In fact they probably rarely think about customer. They are driven by quarterly reports. They remain as long as they can increase profits each quarter. The individual stores are only as good as the managers. Some are great. Some couldn't manage a KFC franchise without losing money. Bottom line: if the store manager violates company policies, and someone brings it to their attention, they WILL investigate. Finding competent managers isn't always easy, and most large companies are more afraid of liability than bad leadership.

When you do visit lowest the key is to ask for service from the department manager himself or herself. They're more knowledgeable and more professionals about answering most customer's questions and inquiries.
Store manager is slow about responding. I feel that he didn't take this seriously.

If you purchased something with credit card call them and dispute transaction with credit card department and they will be able to resolve it. But if you want to get done then please go to store with information to get that handled. Hope this help. Thank you!
If it is a Samsung refrigerator, you can forget about ever having a working icemaker. I've had mine replaced twice and after the third one quit working, I gave up.

It's a normal symptom screening process for COVID-19 Several companies have been doing this for months. You could get a covid test. But it's precautionary to reduce risk. If someone you worked with turned up positive you'd be quarantined for same time and then definitively exposed. Hope this helps

Lowes is pretty good about beer exchange policy you can buy the different item and when the item comes in stock that you really want take the different item back and Lowes will exchange it for the item that you want

Economics are based on supply and demand. Lowe's headquarters are still going through massive change. Year end adds enormous pressure. Hourly wages are based on job description. Part time employees are often Seasonal. When Spring comes, the work will increase. Part time jobs are hard to find. Lots if people would love to work five to ten hours a week. It's competitive.
