We purchased a dishwasher and paid to have the old one discarded. They didn’t take it and we paid for a connecter kit and they didn’t bring it. I have called the store manager 3 times and he is always in a meeting and won’t return my call

Similar experience ; went to a Lowe’s, purchased a dishwasher, hose, installation, and removal. Only delivery guys showed up with the dishwasher explaining that they don’t remove or install. I had them return the dishwasher. I called the store and was told by the store manager that he would call me back in 30 minutes. Never heard from him, but did receive a call from the salesperson ( who, I learned, was never supposed to be in appliances). He explained it as “a miscommunication!” Be assured there was NO ambiguity in the discussion about what I wanted! NONE! He called two hours after I’d spoken with the store manager. I then spoke with the department manager; she lacked any managerial skills-simply kept repeating their policy. I cancelled the sale! They were all useless! No apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience!!

Aaaahhh the meeting!!! The perpetual meeting where nothing is ever accomplished or resolved no matter what time of day you go they’re in meetings can’t get any help.
