I first went to the advance in Denver with a battery that will no longer hold a charge because it was closest to my house.. The gentleman there was completely rude and even burped out loud several times while helping me.. The battery tested bad and he asked if I bought it at that store which I did not.. He said well I can’t look it up in the system to check warranty so you’ll have to call or go to the store where you bought it and get a transaction number.. I said that store is 30 min away is there any way you can call?? He did call and get the information and when he hung up the phone he looked at me and laughed and said you bought it in July of 2019 you missed the warranty by 3 days (being August 3rd 2022) the only thing I can do is sell you a new battery which is over $200.. I asked if he was serious and he then said I can’t do anything for you if you know someone at the store you bought it at maybe they can help you.. I then drove the 30 minutes to the store I bought the battery at originally and talked to the manager Jamie and told him what had just happened.. Jamie was absolutely great and provided amazing customer service and swapped out the battery without hesitation!! I will only come back to this location and buy parts from Jamie from now on even though there are 3 locations closer to my house!!

Just came to pick up brake pads. Store was empty and a few employees came to the front when I came in. Very nice staff and was out in less than 3 minutes.
