DO NOT trust these people. They asked us to put a deposit on a truck and said that if the truck didn’t check out, we had nothing to worry about. They would refund our deposit. The truck was leaking and we decided against the purchase. First, they said they couldn’t issue a refund because it was an American Express charge. They told us to come in for the $500 in cash. When we got there, they said they couldn’t refund us because the guy we dealt with wasn’t there. It’s been months and they keep saying we waited too long to request a refund, when in actuality, the request was made within days of discovering the faulty vehicle. It’s dealerships like this that give used car dealers a bad name.
