9-12-22 11:30 AM I booked a car because my mother died and I needed to get to Florida. I called to see if I was able to come in at noon to get the car. I was handled very unprofessionally and hung up on. Called back and got a different story that they may not even get me a car and pretty much told oh well by another rude person. I am a Regional Manger myself and employees will never ever use Enterprise again in our monthly travels. Just spent 800.00 on a flight to make it to her funeral. Your team seems not care at all. If you think I am lying I have no problem stopping by when I get back and show you a picture of my mother in her casket. 9-12-22 AM Customer Care told me to email them. As of 5PM no response.

Update: Refund received. The car was fine. Due to shortages in staff, this branch could not "pick you up" as Enterprise promises (really, I just needed a ride home). Anyway, I was told by Brian to arrange my own ride any time before 7am the next day and there would be no charge for the extra time that I kept the car. So I returned the car an hour late, got my ride home, and was charged for a full extra day. Called the next day and was told, "sorry, my staff screwed up and did not do what they were supposed to do. To fix this I will give you a $100 refund." I thought, good solution b/c I will get about $55 back for my trouble. Never got the refund. Called back again a week later and was told, "sorry, refund was not finalized, but will be done now." The future will tell if I ever get the refund. I hate having to chase the money that I was promised. Wasted more time than I am worth, but wrote this review while waiting on hold.

The best enterprise I’ve ever been to, that much is certain. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Blake was top notch and very helpful. I’ll be back!

I am currently having a very good experience with them.
It will depend on when you're renting during the week or at the weekend. There are some good answers here but I would also suggest checking with some of the travel sites sometimes they have offers going which beats even Enterprises own prices
