Lowes is horrible when it comes to flooring. They don't stand behind their installation contractors. I have a linoleum floor they installed that is now coming up and buckling after only a month. Lowes is refusing to do anything about it. They are making all kinds of excuses.

We bought flooring and new counter tops. They sent out different people to measure each. Both made mistakes. The back of the counter top was 4 1/2 inches high, it was turned in as 3 1/4. So our wall is a mess and we either have to do a back splash or have a drywall person come out and smooth the wall then paint. The flooring, which again not measured by the installer, one of the closets was left off thought we watched it get measured. The quarter round that was sent looked white though I specifically said we had just gotten new windows and we had stained them all and we were glad to have enough stain to do the new quarter round to match the baseboard and windows. One of the installers convinced me that I could stain them and they'd have time to dry before they'd need to install them. Painted wood ofcourse doesn't accept stain. No closet, no mitered corners the bathroom door wouldn't close, the thresholds aren't even. They want $200 to fix it
