The CEO never admits to poor management. In fact they probably rarely think about customer. They are driven by quarterly reports. They remain as long as they can increase profits each quarter. The individual stores are only as good as the managers. Some are great. Some couldn't manage a KFC franchise without losing money. Bottom line: if the store manager violates company policies, and someone brings it to their attention, they WILL investigate. Finding competent managers isn't always easy, and most large companies are more afraid of liability than bad leadership.
