If it is a Samsung refrigerator, you can forget about ever having a working icemaker. I've had mine replaced twice and after the third one quit working, I gave up.
Same thing. On hold for 1hour 48 minutes to let them know their service tech never showed up. Sat and waited for 4 hours, called them every hour for 5 hours and nobody answered at Tri State. Worst sevice I ever recieved. Service agreement has set up new appt. for monday. Next I am going to there corp. office. Have never been so disgusted.
