Does the corporate office know how poor and disorganized Lowes in Ormond Beach is when it comes to ordering the proper windows installation? They want to be paid up front and the service after you have paid is awful.

Also bad in South Carolina. If your lucky enough for them to answer phone, no one will ever come back to help! They dont even answer with company name, just 'Hello' like you cld wrong number.

They never answer their phone either.. on hold for 43 minutes... another time I was 66th in line... THEY TOTALLY SUCK!!

Same here in Bradenton. Had a window measuring scheduled yesterday 1-5 pm window. No one showed up, I called to follow up at 4:45 pm to inquire about his whereabouts. They said he can’t make it. They rescheduled and he still was a no show with no phone call. I called the store to speak to a manager, never there, so tried for assistant manager and was hung up on 4 times because they don’t know how to transfer calls and no one cares!!! Cancelling my Lowe’s credit card and going to Home Depot. Hope it’s better!!
