How many folks out here have trouble with Lowes Service? Twice now I have, first a bought carpeting, the installer told me the carpet would never stretch, well not so, after 1 year the carpet needed stretching, they wanted $600! No way

Hi, I bought a stove a simple kitchen stove. It took 10 days because I wanted the color disc. It was delivered dented, the oven door would not close rite. The side was dented in as if kicked. I told them take it back. So another 10 days without a stove. I couldn't wait to cook! It looked nice. But when I turned the oven on the broiler came on too!! I could not shut off the broiler, it even has it's own control!! My smoke/heat detector went off so I turned the oven off immediately!!! Its a simple GE gas stove and its dangerous!! I'm afraid of it and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! The store has refused a refund!!!!

I just had carpeting installed...what a mess!! They measured for the seam to go ACROSS the middle of my room instead of down the wall and I have three seams in my short hallway. OMG. I have never had trouble with Lowes. I loved them over "HD" BUT I am now in service hell with them. You are right - it appears that they are no longer service oriented. And do not care about the customer. What happened?? I can surely tell you that I have made my last trip there (except to finish this issue with my washer dryer) Hopefully if they are boycotted they will get the message.

Lowe’s has the absolute worst service possible. I couldn’t order online the number of tiles I needed for a small job and no store could help me get them so I called corporate and put in an order. They said they would send them to a location 1.5 hours away and would not send them to the Lowe’s in my town. I waited an entire week after they said they would be in and called. The store made me call corporate who then said I could only get my order if I drive 1.5 hours to one store to get Half the order and 1.5 hours to another store to get the other order. These stores are 3 hours apart from each other in polar opposite locations from where I live!

I bought a dryer from Lowes.com, my deliver date was changed 3 times. When I ordered the dryer, I also added haul away to my order for them to haul away my old dryer. Then I asked an employee should I also add the plug to my order, and he told me yes. So, he added the plug to my order. When they delivered my dryer, they had the wrong plug and they did not have haul away listed even though it was paid for and added into my total. Because haul away was not listed, the pickup truck did not haul away my old dryer, even though I paid to have that done. I was promised by the delivery dispatch that they would take care of the plug and haul away the next day. When that did not happen, I cancelled my entire order. Their customer service is horrible. They lied to me 2 times, they deliberately hung the phone up on me and even the delivery dispatcher lied to me.

I have trouble with Lowes. I will never buy anything from them again. I have to replace my water filter every 2 months on my Whirlpool refrigerator. RIDICULOUS !! Lowes has a contract with a repair service that is collecting on that contract buy not doing repairs. I have been sitting here today waiting all day on a repair man. He never came!!! I am now on hold with the corporate office for the 5000th time!!!

Lowe's Store #3027 3807 Fm 1092 Missouri City TX Is falling apart. Apparently little, or no, in store management. Curb side pick up not function, won't answer when called. On line order shipped to my house: missing order item, a wrong item inclided. Box poorly loaded, Poorly packed (item damaged) Poorly taped (coming apart) Box received crushed, torn in two placed, tape coming off. Arrived two weeks late. The extra part in the box was not a Lowe's product. It was a Honda carborator being shipped to a rental company??? How can this happen?

yes...i have been waiting on an area rug since May 6. After almost 2 hrs on the phone they said it has been lost. How in the world do you lose an 8x10 rug? So I was promised that they would cancel that order and ship another one. She said she called the Amhurst, NY store and they were going to get it ready and it would go out yesterday. Guess what?! It still shows "processing". So here I sit, waiting for a rep to pick up the phone so I can find out why it wasn't shipped yesterday. Its been 37 min so far. I'm sure they are waiting for me to hang up. Its raining here so I have all day. Even tried to call the store who is supposed to ship it but they disconnected me and apparently took the phone off the hook

Lowes has scheduled a delivery of missing items from their first delivery three times and I still do not have the items I paid for from August 12th, 2022, to today. I keep getting told the items will be sent and then they do not have it sent. I have a father who is bedridden and their response so far is to tell me it is coming and then it does not come. Then they have the nerve to send you a survey asking how there service was. The Lowes I am dealing with is in Myrtle Beach, SC on 501.

Worst customer service ever. Do not ever purchase an appliance from Lowe’s! We had to return a Maytag stove because it was smoking excessively when we turned on the oven for the first time! I thought it was catching fire, so we returned it May 8th. Still no refund after 17 days..May 25th. No one can help if you call. They keep sending you to another dept where NO ONE answers the phone!! So frustrating. Even called the corporate number where I was told I would have my refund by a certain day, still NO REFUND!!

Ridiculous!! I would not recommend anyone purchase appliances from Lowes. Its a shame. I placed one order and my appliances and they are coming from all over Memphis. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. The installers take the cords to the appliances that I purchased and I have to call every store to get reimbursed. The entire process has not been good at all. Never again!!! Lowes is too big of a company to have such horrible service.

The Midwest City, OK store has been in decline for a while. June 2020 I dropped $7K on new tile floors. The 3 clowns who showed up to do the bathroom floors left a sticky mess on the hardwood in the hall that I am still trying to get cleaned off 9 months later. In the other bath, the installers left gaps in the grout. NO ONE from the store ever bothered to check up on the job or the contractors who represent Lowes.

I purchased a Cosmo 36in gas stove from Lowes. Because I was remodeling the home I didn't install right away. When I installed oven doesn't work. Because it's been longer than 30 days they will not return. Called manufacturer a month later they sent a repair guy out who said there is so much wrong with this stove that it should be returned. No surprise that neither will take it back. As of now I am going on 5 months with no stove. Manufacturer now says parts won't be available until late April. So far I've only dealt with my local Lowes. I am now moving on to Lowes Corporate. But I'm not seeing much that encourages me that my issue will be resolved. When I went to the BBB for the state the manufacturer is located there are over 1100 complaints on this stove. Why is Lowes selling defective appliances to their unsuspecting customers! 1600 for a kitchen ornament!

We placed an order for carpet and vinyl board on Sept 3rd we waited three weeks just to get costing. Vinyl was delivered on Friday Oct 9th still waiting for the hard surface to be installed so they can do the carpet. Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

I live in Richmond Virginia. I ordered Pella exterior storm doors, paid a fee to have contractors come out to take measurements. I received a call from Lowes when the doors arrived and was asked to come in to pay for the doors and the installation. After I paid in full I scheduled the installation. I was so hesitant to pay for a service I had not received and I expressed that to the sales guy. His response "this is how it's done". The installers arrived on June1st with 2 doors but only 1 door was successfully installed because the other was the wrong size. The measurement was incorrect. The installers said they would take back the wrong sized door, and ensure the right sized door be ordered and that I would hear from Lowes when the new door arrived. Three weeks went by and nothing. I went to the local store and met with a Manager to complain and he admitted that there's no record of the correct door having been ordered.

Today, I called to confirm delivery on my washing machine, which was supposed to be tomorrow. According to them now it is being rescheduled till Saturday. My experience was inexcusable and I will tell everyone I come on contact. I ordered delivery and it was changed/delayed 4 times. My original delivery charge was 95.00 but yesterday I received an email stating Lowe’s has charged me $170.00 for delivery. I attempted to call the customer service number but no one ever answered the phone. I tried to call both the corporate office and the local Lowe’s but again no one answered the phone. I decided to drive to the local store (12 miles). Upon my arrival I requested to speak with a manger. After a manager was called several times over the intercom system ... no one ever came to speak with me. To this date I have yet to speak with anyone.

Wow, Erwin NC Lowe's.... just wow...can't get anyone to help in the custom cabinets area. they won't answer the phone, rings in excess of 20 (YES 20 times) before it rolls to the front desk and then they just disconnect without speaking a word.... The Garner NC store at 40/42 is not any better. I did get to talk with Nancy in their custom cabinet department. she was a disgrace to customer service. rude and her demeanor is pathetic. I'll most assuredly be using Home Depot for my needs

Me...paid for doors and installation on Oct 1, no one contacted me when the doors came in. Finally called Lowes on Oct. 26th said doors came in on the Oct. 9th. (don't know when someone was going to contact me) Finally got an installer out on November 14th. Didn't have all the parts to complete the front door installation and was going to order the part. This is December 4th haven't heard from the installer.
