We had a wonderful mini vacation here! The staff are all very friendly and kind. The rooms are clean. I would definitely recommend this resort to any family. It’s mostly meant for little kids but my 11 and 14 year old had a great time too!! I love that it had an outdoor and indoor water park. The indoor one isn’t as big as the outdoor one but it was 100% exciting for the little ones. Plus the arcade, pool, cotton candy machine, bar and their own restaurant…. The price is really worth coming. And there’s a strip of restaurants and shops to go to nearby. So you’re never bored.

The hotel was okay, we stayed one night so actually we didn’t use everything just the water park. The room was clean, comfortable, has one mini fridge but no microwave. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The water park was good, they have several employees but didn’t feel they were exactly watching. My daughter’s wristband broke and we lost it, they replaced it but they charge extra for that. They didn’t charge me but they warned me about it. You gotta pay resort fees and parking too. In overall the hotel was good.

The pictures on the website make the rooms look a lot nicer than they actually are. The hotel in itself has a cheap motel feel. Our room was clean but there was a mildew smell that would constantly come and go. Also the “king” bed is more like a queen bed which makes it tight and uncomfortable if trying to share it with a toddler or smaller child. The water park was so much fun! My son enjoyed himself and there were at least two lifeguards at each pool which made it safe. The arcade was fun as well and there was always some kind of entertainment/activities going on. My only complain is the room. For the price we paid and the extra resort fee and parking fee and for the hotel not to have breakfast, I feel like it was overpriced and not worth it. For the same price I could have stayed at a more upscale hotel that offers free parking and breakfast and have rooms without mildew smell. All in all I’m not sure if I would come back. There are other hotels that offer equal or more amenities at the same price range.

We stayed here the last 3 nights and it's been great. We don't go to Universal until after 4 because that's when our express passes kick in, and this was the perfect way to spend our days before we left for the parks. There were plenty of attentive lifeguards, which was great because it allowed me to relax a little. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of options, and the rooms were clean and affordable. We did the family room which is 2 rooms with a door connecting the two, and we had plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids. A great place to come to keep kids entertained. We will definitely be back.

Good place. Good value
The entire place need torn down and built back up... great concept... horrible experience
We've been like 6 times. I think someone is just upset making false claims about roaches. Also people can bring German cockroaches if they live like filth at home if that were the issue. It's a wet humid environment with kids running all over with food. But in all my stays I've never seen a bug. Our suite is always up to par.
There is a resort fee that is included with your booking that covers the admission into their water park. In my opinion, its well worth it for the marginal cost.
If so a child accompanied by an adult is able to ride & yes
Well we had a blast n the water in the pool and at the water park was heated. My kids were in the pool till it closed at 10pm it was cold getting out due to the weather. The water park could be a little cleaner but overall it was cool. Arcade, slides, drinks for parents and food what more can you ask for in Orlando! We didn't have to go anywhere to have fun!! Its close to everything. We walked to Icon park n Uno's to eat. We will be staying here again next year!
Yes its open
was just there yesterday and was there for a week and didn't even hear of a bedbug problem. its a great resort
I am not sure bc we dud not see any. I would definitely contact them with that specific question. Sorry i couldn't be if more help.
Chuckie cheese is across the street and lots to do with in walking distance. Several restaurant. They will allow early check-in if the room is ready. When they ask you to pay extra just say no you were told otherwise and they'll let you check in. At minimum they'll give you your resort passes to use the facilities
Yes... you have to keep the wrist band they give you.
Roughly 12.5% tax. 6.5 local sales tax, 6 % state tax usually added. But if you have a reservation it should all be listed on your reservation. If you need more info, call the hotel directly as these questions dont go to the hotel. Answers here are just from the general public
Yes.
You can check in early but you might have to wait for the room.
Yes you can not sure of the price you would yave to c9ntact them direct
Never had that issues
The water park will be open through December. Currently schedule to be open from 11am-7pm Christmas week.
Not that I know of, just to and from the parks
CoCoKey, is a motel AND water park, there is a restaurant, also, a game room, and vending machines, so, you will not be hungry, hope this answers the question asked
We never used the shuttle. In fact our kids never wanted to leave the water park at the resort. We had our car so we drove when we did go. But if I'm not mistaking the shuttle they provide was free.
The cost to enter the park is $30.
The entrance to the park is free, but closes at 7
If you are near and have transportation
There is no evening food part from if you wanted something like a pizza or chips it's more like snacky food then dinner and you get given a 10% off food coupon my advise is to use it as tonne the food is not worth full price but with 10% off it felt reasonable. Staff lovely so you need any help just ask they will do as much they can.
Question is not understandable
No microwave and yes rooms get entry to waterpark
No rash with the four of us but I have to say the slides were great but the pool was a bit warm to be really comfortable. I get heated pool but it was almost a hot tub.
Good afternoon! We have a resort fee of 32.95+tax per night and a parking fee of $10 per night. We also take a security deposit of $50, but that is returned to you upon check-out.
Very good and blessed afternoon, they have no babysitting.
They have a desk, I'm guessing third parties that sell tickets for the parks I would try them
Don't go super getto and room service sucks
I'm sorry but i don't drink coffee but Dunkin donuts is right next door and from what ive heard they have good coffee ☺️
Please feel free to contact the General Manager of the hotel.
Yes i would have loved to bring my grandkids when we went
Go to the the resort website. They have there information to date you need on there.
Hi Fernando, you need to contact the Hotel for the daily hotel fees, the water park fees can be included on your room stay or a separate fee. Happy stay to you and family.
If there is a sales agent at the reception and they also pick you up from the hotel if you did not rent a car
I checked in yesterday for 2 days and was charged $10 per day for parking. Parking fees are in addition to the $32 daily resort fee too.
That's right, you buy a pass for the day, US 17 per person
This was my first time going last weekend. My granddaughters and I really had a great time.
Go to there website and you will see all the information of cost. You can book also through groupon cheaper that was also.
I saw people with pets. I'm just not sure if the staff was aware of it.
Which is the closest airport
It's about 58 miles, take into consideration time of day, weather and all other potential delays. A one hour drive can easily become 2.5 with one accident.
I think its the fact that there is an access door in the vanity to an ajasent room (with a seperate lock on each sides)
If staying there no you get four passes a day included in stay. If you are not staying at the property its 23 per person but there is a groupon available for cheaper
No
Good question! We didn't experience any issues with bugs either. Though, looking at this place, I would've thought different
You can get them at the airport like a taxi but the best price taxi would be an Uber if you have lots of people than doing Uber van!
Your boys at their ages likely won't like this. It is better for little kids
To be honest, I think that everyone has their own experience. On my own everything was perfectly fine and I got to enjoy it. 1. There is no daily charge into the water park. 2. The pool area is normal, full of people and I didn't see any anomalies about related health issues. 3. They got room cleaning service every morning, they replace the sheets, and clean the the whole room, so I dis not see any kinds of bugs... I hope this can answer your doubts...
I would give them a call. I dont know what are operating hours in the water park in the cooler temps. I hope this helps. The hotel is close to universal studios
Have to pay extra for friends
Not really for sure, i didn't see any during my stay so probably not.
I think its 32 a person and kids are cheaper.
Just stayed 10 days, bot a problem at all.
3pm. Check out was at 11
Yes you can at the entrance to the park and the wrist bands are pretty cheap
No.. You can pay cash.. I did..
No, you have to pay for your meals and drinks at the restaurant and tiki bar.
I don't think so
No you just need to keep the wrist band
It is included in the price. About $25 in an uber.
Depends. They will hold your luggage for you if necessary. I had an early flight in and was able to check in at 8a (just last week) and they even had the room available. Had a pleasant experience there! Enjoy your trip!
Check in is 3pm, check out 11am. Can always ask for earlier, later times. If they are able to then they will
It is lets say warmed up I don't think I would use the word heated.
Well they say it's free, I pay for two nights and they say the fee is for parking, WiFi and pool. It is a shame and lack of respect. Well when one arrives they tell you about the 50 dollars that they hold on the card, but nobody tells you of the 68, but I would have gone to another one, I will not go there anymore. It's a lack of respect.
You can get it in groupon for $ 15.
What was on the web was $29 per person, but i bought a Groupon for $15 each. My daughter had a ball!
I wood not stay there too much $ for the weekend just what to the water park that was it and that was high $190 for 4 people
Yes its open just went last week they have a chart that shows you when their open if you go to the website
I believe that if you stay in the hotel it doesn't matter with how many people everyone should get a free wristband also if you cannot use the water park that day I believe that they should let you come back another day and enjoy the water park because the room itself is not that cheap to start with especially if you're Florida residence also I believe that if you stay there in the hotel more than three times that you should get a free stay or a free day at the waterpark and they don't even do that.
Mine has the iron and safe locker in the closet. Mini fridge in the chest below TV. Coffe machine on the dressing table.
It was raining pretty much the whole time we were there the last time we went. Everything stayed open until lightning was spotted in the area. Then they only closed the bigger slides.
I'll let you check in early and use the facilities until your room is ready
Never knew tht they had meal pass but adult meal was 12.00 and kid was like 5.00
