We've been like 6 times. I think someone is just upset making false claims about roaches. Also people can bring German cockroaches if they live like filth at home if that were the issue. It's a wet humid environment with kids running all over with food. But in all my stays I've never seen a bug. Our suite is always up to par.
Don't always believe what you read. I booked it,then read report. Went and really enjoyed it
Well i was there ysrdy from New York checked in went to room WTF !! Roaches in bathroom on desk even on fridge. I checked out. ABSOLUTELY NOT !! This place is a dump.... which surprised me because i went to one up north and it was really nice. This is bad !! I had to check into another hotel last minute. By the way they know they have a bug issue because she knew why i was leaving. 🤦🏻♀️
The review is true. I asked for a microwave and a seen a roach come out of it. They just need to get rid of the lazy staff. Looks like they are working on it. It wasn't horrible but I have never stayed anywhere and seen a roach. Ever. The place is very fun
Just left there from a week of hellcation they do have BUGS I mean bugs. We got moved around 3 different rooms because of bugs. My house is less than 6 months old build from the ground I know we didn’t take them there! I have pictures and videos of the bugs I will never stay here again. Pool and water park was great tho
