Nice hotel. I stay here for work. Rooms are great and being attached to the mall is a convenient bonus. Proximity to Orange Blossom Trail is the only negative, and only if you like to walk around outside.

Lovely Sweet Fifteen Birthday 🥳 party 🎈 The hotel staff and everyone serving did an excellent job taking care of everyone needs . The environment was super family oriented. It was a grate experience to everyone. Dinner was served and it was super delicious!

Nice hotel. It did have ants in my room 3 floors up but the staff handled the issue fast each time .

The worst hotel ever.

The worst elevator, you would wait 30 minutes to have a place in the elevator.
Never go there again.
Never recommend this hotel to anybody.
I have been in this hotel for 3 days already, but they don’t clean our room. The administrators also say that they can’t clean because of the lack of a worker. what kind of hotel?? per day we pay $200 but there is no breakfast and not a clean room. very
Sure you can there is plenty of space. You can also park outside the limits of the hotel designated area but for ovenight parking you might need an okay from the mall security office
Short answer: No
Long answer: There have been unexplained things that happened a long time ago but nothing recent that wasn't a straight up hoax. It isn't confirmed whether it was really a haunting before but they're isn't enough evidence but what had happened hasn't really been debunked. So you should check it out, personal experience can't compare to what other people claim.
