Does the hotel have any restaurant open currently? The website says Marcelo's Bistro is their restaurant, but Google maps says permanently closed

Yes they have resturants and they were open.

I did notice the restaurant next to Starbucks open. Didn’t catch the name . There was a different restaurant open for breakfast and it was next to the lobby main elevator .

Yes, its open. There's also a bar music lounge restaurant right next to Starbucks that stays open til 2a. And they serve salads, chicken tenders, wings, ect. Typical bar food.
