Website said the construction would be complete by 9/20 and we arrived the pool, the bar, and external access points were closed. Our room view was a dirty pool and construction. This is especially disappointing given the high rate we paid. Yes, they offered access to partner hotels but it was inconvenient and fully conveyed upon booking. The staff seemed defensive and not as accommodating as we are come to used to at The Grand Bo.

This was the neatest Hotel I ever been to it is very unique the food there is great my room was perfect I loved staying there and I will stay there again and would recommend it to anybody who was going in the Orlando area

The food was amazing. From taste to presentation, the food was done well. The server was attentive but not overbearing and the staff worked as a team to make sure we were taken care off

No. I would just bring a glass of ice up with me from the bar in the evening... So I could pour my own drink over ice, later in the evening.
I am not sure if there is an additional fee, but this place does allow pets.

Yes it has pool side service. I will warn you the they hold 500.00 on your card for incidentials... I thought that was stiff!

Yes but well worth the charge. Excellent food, good service and a beautifully elegant setting. Heart of the city, everything nearby.
There is no shuttle service that runs from this hotel, although the hospital is not too far away so Uber would be pretty cheap. You are aware this is a premium Hotel, correct? If you're looking for value options near the hospital I would definitely look elsewhere.
