Beware! I'm sharing my horrible experience with this orchid seller. They sent me a supposedly healthy dendrobium seedling and what I got was a dried-out plant with no root system. When I contacted them, they said package it and return it to us priority mail at your expense, knowing that the cost to do this was about the same as the plant. I sent them a picture of the plant thinking if they saw the condition, they would understand. They didn't care. Their policy is you pay to return an orchid even if they send you junk. Hope I can save someone the negative eperince that I went through. Look at the other negative reviews. Lots of people have had the same bad experience.

I came to Norman’s orchid to get my girlfriend a last minute birthday gift. Man was blown away from the selection of plants I saw. It was phenomenal. The staff was more than helpful in giving me advice as to what to purchase. Very friendly staff. I met Ms. Jamie as well and she was very very polite and friendly. Definitely will be getting more business from myself :)

My first order arrived right on time as promised. Plants were as described, healthy and beautiful specimens which were packed well. Heat pack was included based on my local temps. Very happy with my purchase and will order again.
