Dear Helen, The shuttle does not go to downtown Orlando. The shuttle goes to the Disney Transportation Center, Disney Springs and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. There is bus service (Lynx) that stops in front of the hotel that you may be able to take to downtown. You would probably have to transfer. Hope this helps! Guest Relations

Yes, there is a laundry AREA. It's located on the 1st floor. You have to pay for the machine and the detergent. I don't remember the exact cost for the machine to work but I think it was $1 ( 4 coins of 25 cents).

The cost I do not remember. In the rooms there is a microwave and a refrigerator, you can call a delivery and have dinner in the room, they themselves suggest some places to buy food. They also have a good restaurant and a Bart in the hotel.

As i recall they had waffles avid pancakes every day but not the kind you make yourself like at a Marriott
