Waiting for my room. They have no idea when it will be ready. It is already 2 hours past check in time . I have never experienced a chaotic check in like this in my life. And I travel alot!

Clean. Private. Didn't use the resort. Just the room. A bit confusing with the different buildings and no clear markings. But overall great

This is a very nice resort. It is a large property with multiple gates. It is very easy to get confused or lost as all the buildings look the same. We stayed in a 2 story townhouse. This is very ideal for a family of 4-8 people. The master had a large king bed and the second room had twin beds. There was a sofa bed upstairs in the loft and an additional sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom is on the ground floor as well as a small screened patio. There are several pools and spas. We wanted to use the steam room however it was not operational so we used the sauna instead. We didn't eat on site however there where multiple choices for food but being less than 5 to 10 minutes away from Disney boardwalk it just made more sense to go there for meals. The employees that we encountered where very friendly and always willing to help or answer any of our questions. We will definitely be back for a longer trip next time or if any of my friends are looking for a Florida vacation spot I know of just the place. Townhouse was spotless and smelled great upon entry. We used mini golf on site for $8.00 a person. In my opinion this should be free to guest. The course isn't maintained and lots of sticks and debris laying all over greens so couldn't accurately play but it still fun. I just feel like if your going to charge for mini golf you should have the employees cleaning course.

You'll need to have your own transportation. I can recomend Uber... it wont be more than $15.
They have organized drop off activities for kids but they have to be potty trained.
Stackable washer and dryer included in addition to a full kitchen.
Unfortunately this resort does not offer any airport shuttles. I'd recommend you contact Meers for shuttle service, or rent a car.
Yes,like the other lady said,is inside and on the back of The market place, tgat is like a convenience store
Practically inside! Adjacent to Epcot entrance and Disney Springs... If you are staying at Vistana they have courtesy shuttles.
We stayed near the fountain and it was so new
Normally many sports equipment options are available for use from the main activity center (located courts area), but since Covid the availability has varied. The best thing to do would be to call and ask specifically based on the dates you will be visiting.
Check with the front desk
Definitely the Fountains building! Close to the pool, tiki bars and one of the entrances!
Yes you can Uber and there are some restaurants near by.
Yes you can; just no glass, and clean up after yourself.
The Courts are townhomes you are speaking of. They are right in the center of everything across from the general store. Next to the Super pool and Tennis courts.
Have arcades but have been closed for covid19. Unsure when they are opening up. Posting this based on last visit June 12th 2021
Good question, ask for the springs the villa is very close to the game room, swimming pool..the only thing is springs don't have elevators. On the other hand you could stay in the Cascades right behind the same area springs units 10 11 &12 or cascades unites 6&7 have fun enjoy your stay😊
No, they are ponds and have been fenced off since the alligator attack. Not that the attacks took place there, but I guess for safety they fenced them
They provide most of them including frying pans and saucepan cooking pot. plus baking trays.all the villas has those stuff
If you have GIM, with modern equipment. It is located one of its pools (11). On the side of Vista Way Apartments. In any case, if you want to stay near the GIM, the hotel places you in that area for your convenience.
Great speed
No clue
Yes 🙏
Try their website first via email and if it's ignored, try calling them.
It should be free if yall with them
Yes, they have two clay pickleball courts and two taped hard pickleball courts.
Give me your reservation number to see what I can help friend
Not really. They will try to take it back for free, or for pennies on the dollar.
It's about a 1 hour drive straight across FL-528. We did a day trip from Vistana several years ago.
Yes you can. They will charge your room for handling and service fee though. Check fees as it might just cost the same as airline golf bag fees.
no but they have vendors that you can arrange something.
Not sure but I'm sure it's possible.
You have to check in ahead of time
Multiple. Because that area was built more recently than the older areas and all of the Cascades area is configured with lock off units.
Multiple. Cascades was built with lock offs on every floor in every building.
They have shuttles just for their own property buildings and pools not anywhere outside of that right now.
Store onsite is open but closes by 5pm EST. Restaurants and bars remain closed. Three pools are open and hot tubs/spas are opening soon!
Yes I would like some information
Yes, the restaurant next to the drug store is open and more across the street. Depending how much you want to walk there is seafood and saltgrass great steaks. Don't worry, lots of food.
You can Google the property, but I booked through a vacation club that I'm in
If this was not a question about Sheridan resorts. You should use a different platform for your question.
2 story walk up, no elevator. As for a ground floor if stairs are an issue.
No. But if you have a laptop, you can ask reception to send you a HDMI cable and you can connect to the TV. Then you can watch whatever you like. This is what we did actually.
Only service animals, a dog or a miniature horse are allowed. For more information go to Marriott.com look under the hotel, and under hotel policies and restrictions.
Yes there is a small hold only if using room service. Don't have to do a deposit if your not going to charge to the room.
Google it! Or ask someone at the hotel!
I have no idea, Daisy. I don't do resorts.
For Marriot owners... there are some perks.
Hi. They have all the services, but as Alejandra says with additional cost. In any case, you can do it in the vicinity of post houses. That is not conditional in your decision if you visit or not, a view. It is a spectacular place!
The hot tubs are slightly smaller pools adjacent to the large pools. They're not the smaller tubs we normally think of.
They have Falls and fountains both like little villages usually the biggest pools have the hot tubs .Lovely little walks around the lake and gardens . it's a gated complex so very secure,A couple of years since we were there but immaculate apts and grounds.
We did, it was a little cheesy, slap stickish, but it was family friendly. NOTE: The Pizza Buffet was nothing special.
Yes, packages can be delivered, if addressed to the name of the registered guest only, up to a week prior to arrival, I believe. There is a fee based on weight. At last check it was a flat rate up to 10 lbs, and an additional $1 per lb. Up to 25 lbs. Check with the front desk for the most up to date pricing.

Take Uber or Lyft. No problem.
Ir changes every season. It's better ask at front desk
No, buy from the official website, as it is safer, you can buy without additional fees.
Yes I believe they do. Call to confirm
Drive your car as ample car spots or walk as weather is wonderful
The cleaning service is very lazy so I realized if you don't give $$ tips they just make the beds and take out the trash, they don't clean the bathroom or the floor
Yes they do. Its in only one of the pools. If you look at the map of the resort, there in the top left corner there are two pools next to the super pool. The one all the way on the left has a slide.
No breakfast included in your price for staying, but i think theres a buffet thats $17-$18 a person. If you are going to have a car you should just go grocery shopping since all the units have full kitchens
I am not an owner and was able to check in at 1 pm on a Friday with no extra charge. Normal check in is at 4
Yes
Hour
I don't think so
Yes!
Or on the Disney page directly. (is the menu in Spanish)
I had Shipt deliver my groceries. Just let the front gate know. They will collect your groceries and then deliver them to you villa.
Mini golf for non members is $8 and $6 for members. Members are anyone who owns a time share there. They also have an arcade, workout facility, and children's activities. They have a basketball court and you can borrow the ball for an hour at the Tiki Hut. There are a couple of different pools on the property, but the main one is usually not crowded.
I dont think there is a shuttle bus, but i also usually rent a car .
No free transfer offered by the Sheraton. We used Uber and Lyft instead of renting a car last week. About $35 from MCO to Vistana with an XL (SUV). About $10 to $15 to each park. Never waited more than 5 mins for a ride. Loved it.
Yes they provide the information if the party's last name and room number
There was in my room and my friend's room who's staying in the same area. However if there isn't you simply need to call guest services and they can provide anything for you.
No. Sorry
I was there Monday of this week and we had to Uber- the shuttle will take you to various amusement parks though.
I believe they do allow pets. This is one of the nicest Resorts I've ever been to. I just suggest asking for a bottom floor we always stay in the Falls not the high rise though..townhouse have back door access and patio this area they have a very nice pool close to another Pool, Restaurant, volleyball, grills, playground shuffleboard, basketball. Everything the nice close proximity. It is a small drive through the complex to get to the other pools ad store which has basically anything you need they have a deli, Starbucks, produce, anything you need. Have fun!
Didn't see any so it would be best to bring your own. There are pool towel at the pool.
>18 yrs
If you are staying in Cascades, ask to be on the fifth floor facing north west (building 16 was were we were). You can see some of the fireworks over the tree line.
There are a few places. The best one is the Disney boarding kennel! Paws & play pet resort
Yes Bi Barend, just in case let reception or concierge know so that they will deliver it to your room as soon as you have your information. Ciao have fun
Yes. Pool towels are available at everyone of the pools.
The Resort does not have a childcare club..there are activities throughout the week at a minimal cost.
It was rebuilt after the hurricane last year, so yes, it's updated...
Hopefully they get it because it is a unique place.
Smoking is allowed outside of Villas n designated areas.
There is a CVS close by that sells liquor.
Hello German, we were last week and if you have a cost of $ 10, if dps of the stay in Orlando you get to go through Miami check in the hotel or building that you stay because they usually charge $ 5.
Of it's the nicest place in Lake Buena Vista all class
The pools/water slide have no charge. The resort offers many activities daily. Some are complimentary, some have a nominal charge. The mini golf has a fee. There is an arcade, which you will need tokens for. (There is a token machine inside.)
There are multiple gyms throughout the resort. There wasn't one in the gym I went to but there could be in one in the others. Each gym also has different hours of operation and one is open 24hrs! The one I went to had dumbells, cardio machines, excersize balls, and an old multi gym. Not great selection but we made do.
Good nights, the measurements or characteristics of each type of the villas can be found on the website of Sheraton Vistana Resort and a map of the complex to locate your villa. The truth is very well equipped, just have to fill the super or pantry and will spend an incredible week. regards
Not that i saw when i was at a resort in nevada we rent from medical supplies company the resort rooms are not that great for wheel chair to much furniture the guest bathroom is the handicap bath room not the master
They are heated. We were here when it was 40 degrees. No heat coming from the sun. But they were still pretty warm.
You receive it at the reception without problems but they charge usd 10 for each package they receive
There are several grocery stores with aisles full of bottled water with 5-10 minutes' drive as well as convenience stores and drugstores like Walgreens.
As I write this I am at the resort a week after Hurricane Irma. While I was told there was some "landscape damage", I have yet to actually find it. All the facilities are open and busy, and no resort functions or activities have been canceled or suspended.
Yes yes
