If they receive but they charge.

Many places allow package delivery but there may be a charge for it ($5-$20 depending). I'd give them a call first or send them an email directly just so there are no surprises. There are plenty of shopping places nearby though so unless what you need can only be sent from home you can most likely find what you need nearby.
