The cleaning service is very lazy so I realized if you don't give $$ tips they just make the beds and take out the trash, they don't clean the bathroom or the floor
Several weeks ago their transportation service took you only to the Disney transportation center and cost money, i believe $10 roundtrip.
They have transportation to theme parks, for universal it's paid service. Call to find out for Disney.
