You'll need to have your own transportation. I can recomend Uber... it wont be more than $15.
We have been using Uber to Magic Kingdom it was 35.00 for an UberXL which fits 5 riders. It was less than the shuttle which is 10.00 per person since we had 5 people. October 2021 for reference!

They have shuttles but they are not free
We did Uber. More convenient and cheaper than the shuttle
