Terrible staff. Rude and lie about policies to their benefit. Maybe train your staff on the actual laws and teach them to not be aholes while your at it

Completely horrible customer service by Nancy who claims to be an assistant manager. She has absolutely no business working in retail/customer service let alone an assistant manager. She was so rude when I explained I was exempt from wearing a mask for medical reasons. I have actually been told by my doctor to not wear a mask. Our friends and family will never spend money in this store again. Most of our friends and family are in food and beverage and many have shopped at this ABC store. This store and the store manager can thank Nancy for losing them thousands of dollars. I will be spreading the word about the manager at this particular location. Nancy should not interact with customers.

I really don’t do reviews like that but this one got me twisted 😂 this lady tried telling me I couldn’t get alcohol because I had a recently issued License (and a hardcopy of the OG that expired) and she said she couldn’t take it because my birthday was not inbetween May-August. I went to another one and they took it just fine, saying as long as I have both copies to show proof that I was okay. 🤦🏾♀️

Yes sir. The ABC stores do currently carry this.
In North Carolina, there are 168 ABC Boards that operate approximately 420 stores. Each ABC Board sets its own hours, holidays, etc. In Wake County (and most NC ABC Boards), ABC stores close at 9pm on Saturday.
