We are looking for somewhere to stay for a week in January, does anyone know if the waterpark will be open during that time and will it even be warm enough to get in?

I would give them a call. I dont know what are operating hours in the water park in the cooler temps. I hope this helps. The hotel is close to universal studios

I know they have winter hours at water park I don't have schedule with me just ask park hours but will be cold

Weather cold be hot or could be cold. Guess its a gamble you have to take. Resort fee includes admission to the water park. The water park is outdoors and only the kiddy one and front private one are heated.

I can't answer that question but be careful when you book with this hotel they will charge you for the waterpark and parking fee per day and get this there is no refund
