I’ve just booked the Coco keys Orlando but reading the reviews I’m starting to panic can someone please tell me if these are true 1 is there a daily charge into the water park 2 Is the pool & surronding area filthy 3?are the rooms full of bugs

To be honest, I think that everyone has their own experience. On my own everything was perfectly fine and I got to enjoy it. 1. There is no daily charge into the water park. 2. The pool area is normal, full of people and I didn't see any anomalies about related health issues. 3. They got room cleaning service every morning, they replace the sheets, and clean the the whole room, so I dis not see any kinds of bugs... I hope this can answer your doubts...

How was your stay? I just booked mine but now that I’m looking at reviews I’m getting worried too.

Booked the room in July and had to get moved to 2 different rooms as there were roaches in both rooms. Manager came saw the bugs apologized and moved us to another room same bug issue. Told us she would refund 1 room for 1 night and would waive the resort fees. Didn’t happen. I would never go back there. It’s dirty musty smelling and a lot of drug activity

I saw absolutely no bugs and the rooms was very nice. I did not see gsrbsge anywhere except where disrespectful people left it in their srea in which staff cleans quickly. I bekieve if u pay for room u get entrance to pool. I csnt say csuse i was there as a friends guest. Its not a bad place to stay .they had a great complimentary breakfast

I've only stayed there once but did not have a bad experience because I did read the reviews. The pool entrance comes free if you book a room/stay at the hotel also. The pool was clean. The trash I saw was due to fiilthy people who just left their garbage everywhere and did not pick up after themselves. There are staff that pick up though. As to the rooms, I did not see any bugs. The sheets are changed just like any hotel. Exception though is the sleeper sofa which did not come with sheets. I came prepared and brought my own because I already read through reviews that the sleeper sofa did come with the sheets. No big deal. Hope you enjoy your stay!
