My room was horrible there was roach’s in fridge,in the closet,and in the bathroom then then there is 7 of us here and they only gave us 4 wristbands and we have to pay 30 dollars for 3 more wristbands so we won’t be coming back here in a while.🤢😡

They give you 4 wrist bands per room. If u have 1 room with double beds u only get 4 bands. But if u had a family room you should have gotten 8 bands. I just went here last weekend for my birthday and i will NEVER go back

I've stated multiple times in all the rooms and never a bug. Also it clearly states 4 bands per room, each additional person is 15 dollars.

Best to stay away. We had to get the cops to the hotel for theft. The cops then explained they have regular calls to the hotel for drug use and theft.

Well I'll find out what it's about myself come the wkend after spring break....I'm regretting this already. The staff on the phone didn't/ doesn't sound too pleasant. What have I gotten myself into?? 🤔🤔🙄🙄

Wow i was in ground floor blg 9 had no bugs at all. I booked thru bookibg .con git free early ckeck in late ck.out. didnt expect ritz and lets say diffetent values in themselves...

We arrived on Monday afternoon and changed the rooms three times the first one is dirty and had cockroaches and the second one gave me one with a single bed and a sofa and the third is better if tomorrow is my last day luckily the water park well but the rooms leave a lot to decay I do not recommend it and more if well with. Children noticed the lack of cleanliness and another thing as they did maintenance on the outside walls instead of cleaning them inside that needed more

1st timer and anither guest was making a video of a cockroach walking by the pool last night. Immediately regretted our choice as soon as we walked in the building but they dont refund you. Place smells like rotten stinky fish. The rooms are dirty and smell like mildew. Waterpark reeeked of vomit. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!
