I went to purchase a couple of pieces of technology for my PC and it was not very crowded in the mid afternoon, so I got waited on rather quickly. The gentleman that waited on me was very knowledgeable and personable. He knew exactly what I was looking for and made suggestions that I had not considered regarding connectivity. He assisted me in my decisions on what to buy and I checked out. It was a casual and enlightening experience.

Forget about this complaint. I don't want anything from you. You wasted my time enough. It is better to use another service and not recommend your company to anyone. The best thing I learned from this bad experience that I will never ever deal with your company. I prefer to pay extra dollars in order to save my time and become a happy customer. I went last week to purchase 🎧. The clerk just finished w a customer but just walks away. The website said it had the one I wanted but they didn't as I could see. I bought a cheaper pair but then returned them bcse they were too bulky. But it seems 2 be a pattern. Last yr went to buy an all in one and same thing. The clerk helps a white couple then leaves like I didn't exist. So I bought it elsewhere. Needed it for work. I have been a card holder for a long time. Plan to pay off the balance and close it.

They are Best Buy! Considered buying a wi first booster. After talking with a sales person he refused to sell me one. He told me to call cable company and have them rearrange set up. I did. They did and saved money. Very good experience!!

I have had a terrible time getting through to a person at this store on several occasions. That is why I shop online amazon instead and will not be surprised when I hear that Best Buy is going out of business.
I dont why either but i purchased a washer frm there in July and it nvr got delivered.i had to go bck to the store and get my money bck. I dont knw why the domt answer the phone the store didnt look tht busy
I'm an IT professional who did some part time work with Geek Sqaud. They hire people off the street with no IT background. I would never trust them.
There are no restocking fees on Beats headphones. There is a restocking fee on rideables, cameras and connected devices (cell phones, cellular Apple watches, etc.). Their signature pad will prompt you if there is an applicable restocking fee before you pay for the item. There is no restocking fee if the item is defective.
Amazon is helping them dig their grave it won't be too long..

Social distancing, employees check on you at the entrance to guide you... it seemed as if inventory was reduced so you may want to double check something is in stock before heading out. Better yet, take advantage of their excellent curbside delivery. The store was very clean and I felt very comfortable shopping.

I've repeatedly talked with AT&T customer services but they struggle with the fact that I live in the UK where there is no AT&T coverage. My original question here is can Best Buy assist?
