Sty a way, they have hidden charges can for overages all the time, and you can’t cancel the contract… tried twice

Landfill is not good for non-commercial use. They should make it more clear on their website that they don't really serve small customers. I tried to get rid of a vanload of construction waste (which according to their website is a normal thing they accept) and was told minimum charge is $150 and they make you buy a hardhat for another $20. And they needed registration and insurance information for my vehicle. Ended up going to Michael Brothers instead where the rates were more reasonable and the process was much easier to deal with. In and out in 15-20 minutes over there.

You never know with WM. I’m sitting here with a full can on Friday and pickup day is on Tuesday. I auto pay and can’t fathom how my garbage can be missed. My large pickup was taken but not my can. How?? This has happened multiple times over the years.It is discouraging to learn of your experience with us.
