No Ice machines, wi-fi is not actually free if U need to do more then check ur emails, or if more then one device needs to connect. For and extended stay they have nothing for kids.They allow some people to have cats and some they do not. They do not allow your emotional support Dog with out violating the HIPPA law. Location is Good though. Staff is friendly.

Misty from the front desk was very kind. From the very beginning, she did what was needed to accommodate us. I was thankful to find that there were two burners that we could cook with. Although the evelators would be ridiculously stink most of the time and often the washers n dryers was out of order. The stay was not bad. The wifi was good. The room was decent. Fairly priced for a week. My main issue was maintenance guy and his friend coming in and out of room. That didn't feel safe at all. The GM did refund my money and was willing to fix the problem. However the way that Esmeralda spoke to me when I complained about the maintenance man being in "my room" I would never spend another dollar there. I was very patient with them. My room had no toilet for two days and no working toilet for two, thus us being in the room the two guys walked in. Again, not bad as long as you don't need anything.

Please, please stay away from this hotel. Front desk lady does not know what is she doing and I had a legit case with them. I checked in for 1 week and a day, tell me why they checked me out a day early, as me coming back to the hotel at 9PM (I am in town for my clinicals) all my stuff from the room was taken out and touched without my consent. The reason behind that was, THEY THOUGHT I WAS CHECKED OUT THAT DAY. Where my receipt says I have one more night to stay. So moral of the story please. AVOID THIS HOTEL. Yes it is cheap, but trust me, your life and time is not worth the $45 per night where you can just get a $75 per night one that has credibility.

General Manager would not allow my Certified Emotional Support (ESA) cats. even though their website states "Pet Friendly". This is discrimination and a violation of my rights!!
