Even now that they're no longer a hand wash their machines are more delicate to the exterior than most. I've been taking my Challenger here since 2011 and they take good care of my car.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car looks like a 5 year old tried to wash it. Visible missed spots, windows looked worse after the wash, the dirt/grass that was on the floor wasn’t touched, they smeared (what I’m assuming is armor all) everywhere! Most places that it shouldn’t be. So there’s a greasy film on all surfaces with visible missed spots as well. And we got their “luxury package” and we’re charged extra for them to wipe down the inside of that car. Definitely not worth it. So disappointed. 👎👎👎👎👎

The guys scrubbing only did half the car. One guy on the right scrubbed the right side. the other one did a quick pass and barely touched it. After it came out of the wash the car sat in the sun for about 20 minutes before someone when to dry it off. By then there were water spots all over it and they missed a lot. Inside looked ok but outside i could still see dirt marks where it wasn't scrubbed or wiped off.

Worst Car Wash I've Ever Been To - BEWARE Brought my 2013 Buick Verano in to be washed on Sunday afternoon. I chose Package #4 "Express Wax" @44.99 which included "100% Wash and 100% Wax, Wheel Brite, Exterior Dressing". With a name like "Express Wax" I could get around a bad wax job, but a bad hand wash, unacceptable. I didn't notice at the time, but when I went grocery shopping after I left, I opened my trunk to find dirt on the lip of the bumper (see images). They didn't take the time to clean in-between the spokes on the wheels, and didn't bother to take off some of the more stuck on dirt. This place is a RIP OFF. STAY AWAY... See the pictures, they tell the story... - I wish I could leave 0 stars.
