Great outdoor fleamarket, I visit often because parking is free and no admission fee. You can find plenty of treasures at a good price

My oldest son decided to take us over there on Sunday. We did not find anything we wanted to buy and liked most things they were selling at the booths.

I don't care how many repetitive items are there, I still love going and walking around, even for some fresh air. You can always find a deal on something, you just have to look

Great place to find all kinds of things new and used. Check out booth 113. They have some great fragrances and t shirts.

Yes
Visit location pay ur $$ they will give u booth
What kind of items?
You do not need a permit to sell at treasure city if you are just gonna have a one time garage sale. However if you want to sale on a regular basis you will need a tax ID # through the State!
If you plan on selling there on a regular basis you will need to provide a Tx sales tax #.
Not open on weekdays. Sat. and Sun. only. Come early to seek out the best deals. Many items are one of a kind.
Please call 254-752-5632 for rental info.
Now you just go up to the office on Thursday to get a spot for Saturday Sunday and you can set up Friday just have your text ID ready and driver's license
I honestly don't know sorry.
Sat and Sun $20 booth all day Just have your ID, money and go inside the front office....quick and easy
Yes the man up front that sells the Dallas baseball card has comic books. I can't remember his #
It is a mix of people with and without masks. No one sits at the entrance to check. I've never been told to put one on.
If you are talking about water heaters, no they don't.
The office is only open Thursdays and Fridays 8:30 am to 5:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.
$16 a day if license otherwise garage sale is $20 a day. Open Saturday & Sunday .
Friday would probably be best time to call you there and get a space. Unless you plan on being there Sat as soon as it open. We pay by the month and alot of people do !
No, but you could check with office to see a specialty booth your interested in.
The sign had just been changed, it now says $20.
Yes to service dogs, but other wise you'll have to leave your pet at home. Most of the time places allow service dogs. Places like pet stores will allow any dog or cat. There's a Pet Smart and Petco and both allow pets.
20 dollars
If you are talking about the stalls for trade days, they are $20 a day.
You'll need to call the main office, they are open 6:30-5 Saturday and Sunday.
When you first drive into the parking lot, there is a sign with the info :)
No they do not have an ATM machine I know that because I work there.😁
Evening. You can call the TCFM office Friday-Sunday not sure the hours on Friday but I'm sure the office close at 5pm on Friday on Sat and sun call the office before 8am if you want to set up for that weekend. Also they will ask you if what your selling is garage sale material( meaning items from your home that you just want to get rid of. Don't need a license for that) if that is not what your selling. Your gonna need to have a reuse sale tax permit. To get that you need to go to the Federal building in Austin ave. ✌
Yes
Saturday
No not a penny parking is free to
I think it is a good idea Ms Thompson to reserve a space they are covered however you want to consider the traffic flow that is most popular so people can have a look-see at your items not stuck in a far-off corner because you did not reserve your space most vendors get there by 6 some as early as 5 a.m.
As far as I know, they charge $14.00 per day
It's best not to call the TCFM if you want a space to rent. Go in person. Anytime after 8 am on Thursday. The longer you wait the less chances you get of getting the space you wanted. Office is now open on Thursday Friday. But can reserve or pick available booth Thursday to Sunday.
I am sorry I do not know the sizes but they do have different sizes and price range Ms April sounds very accurate I am sorry I could not have been more helpful have a blessed day!
Yes Ms Sharon I have heard them out setting up as early as 5am
Katilou is correct...it is $14.00 per day for a booth...usually 3-4 tables per booth plus a line to hang up items like clothing...I think they open for vendors at 8:00 am for set up...I usually set up around 9-10 am...usually you can pull your vehicle up to your booth to unload but some vendors set stuff out in the center of the walking areas in front of booths. If you wait to late to set up it will be harder to get your vehicle out of the area to the parking lot. Most of your serious buyers hit the ground running first thing in the morning and then they are gone. There will be sporadic buyers after that but the crowd really thins out after 12:00-1:00...I normally don't stay past 1:00...there are really no sales at that point so staying late is not usually profitable
No
$14 for an outside area with 2 or 3 tables. Pay at the office just as you pull in. Have your items ready for the early group who walk through looking for the best deals on certain items. Take a chair.
Treasure City. Its on La Salle. Fun place to just walk around and browse.
