What a peaceful and wonderfully beautiful forest preserve! I needed peace and Hoover provided it. You can drive the loop or hike the paths. I took a video and posted in photos for everyone to hear the sounds of the prairie...pure joy! ✨🌈♥️

Call the Kendall county forest preserve or stop in at their building off of fox st in the old courthouse...the buildings and campsites are definitely open to the public and they are a great option especially for Birthday parties etc...

The trails are fairly rocky and uneven, best to walk it out first and then gauge for yourself if you'd like to bike then.
