It is terrible trying to call in to this store with any kind of question. Why is it so difficult to get someone on the phone there? You literally have a horde of employees there at all times of day.

I have had a terrible time getting through to a person at this store on several occasions. That is why I shop online amazon instead and will not be surprised when I hear that Best Buy is going out of business.

Don’t believe there phone center . I called make sure appliances was at the local store warehouse and they said yes , I ordered set up Delievey date and I get a email saying can’t deliver because not in stock . That call center is a waste of time . But good news is because of inconvenience they was willing to give a 15% discount if I waited . Bad news is you have to wait till after delivery before you get the inconvenience back .

Yes they don't make money on the phone .

Yeah better off just going inside each department seems to have thier people and they are always running around the store. I never call them it's pointless.

It all runs through a central store (which isnt this best buy)

A combination of busy and not wanting to deal with the phone.... Better off online or going to the store
