I dont why either but i purchased a washer frm there in July and it nvr got delivered.i had to go bck to the store and get my money bck. I dont knw why the domt answer the phone the store didnt look tht busy
I do not know exactly how their business model works, but it does not seem oriented toward making customers feel welcome or respected.
