Why is it that when I call the 800 number I get a different treatment each time. The first 2, I got nowhere. Geek squad was to come to help today - did not show up. Many many problems with Dell laptop.

Next time get a Lenovo or Asus. Others are crap especially HP and Acer. Every computer repair shop has shelves full of those and Dell.
