We recently bought the 300 adjustable base, about a week ago. Most important was that we were able to make an immediate purchase and pick-up the item on the SAME DAY!! Michael, the Mattress FIRM manager who assisted us, listened thoughtfully to the situation requiring immediate access. The Memorial Day sale was awesome as well. That helped this emergency be served with another blessing. Have been a Mattress FIRM customer for years. This recent purchase consistently affirms why this loyalty to their business will continue on my part. Great service from Michael and allowing us to acquire it instantly was wonderful!

I purchased a mattress and platform from this location over the weekend and could not be happier with the experience. We spent the weekend going to a few mattress stores around Pittsburgh and ended up back here the next day because the sales associate, Michael, was so great. He was honest, relaxed, and knowledgable. Mike was very helpful in assisting us in finding a mattress. Would highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a new mattress. We were not in the store for a very long time, he quickly assessed what we were looking for, and stayed within our price range. He gave us space to make a decision and was very considerate of our wants/needs. He was a pleasure to meet and very personable. He made the process of finding a mattress for us very easy and non-overwhelming considering the multitude of brands. Will definitely try to come back again when it is time to get another.
