DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They have no remorse and will not even apologize for delay and no communication. I bought furniture almost 5 months ago. Mind you, the timeframe they gave me was 2-4 months to get my bedroom furniture. I call them cos I’m almost due and being sleeping on the floor throughout my pregnancy and all the lady says is « Well you could get a refund, choose something else or wait longer » I’m almost due, I can’t go through all of that right now after waiting 5 months. No one even calls to communicate delays or nothing. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else!!!! I’m highly disappointed

I wish there was 0 star for me to give. Had the worst experience with regency furniture. Order multiple items on labor day when they had a sale and free delivery. Fast forward to today 6/6/22 and parts of my order is still out of stock. I finally got fed up and requested my money back. Instead of refunding me the full balance, regency is charging a 10% for something and want to charge me delivery fee for delivering parts of the order. So instead of refunding me $400 that I paid for the item, regency wants to refund me $192. Are you serious? After I went to the store multiple times to check status. Plus having to go to my bank to get a letter that my card changed. This IS unaceptable regency. What happened to customer service? This is not how you treat people !

Did you call them and tell them to pick it up I order mines 7 years ago I love it they are usually nice people and will make you happy so please try again
