I must say I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Rose is the absolute best. She talked me through pros and cons of different models, discussed pros and cons of leasing and buying, showed me all of the safety features of the car because she knew that’s what I was concerned about…just amazing. Kai from finance really worked with me to get to a monthly payment I was comfortable with, and both receptionists I spoke to were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely buy another car from here!

I went to the dealership just wanting to look around not knowing I would leave with the car I’ve been looking for for sometime. Jasmine, Tesa and all of the other staff present (can’t remember the names) at the time of my purchase were amazing! I was In and out shortest dealership experience ever!! Also the deal They gave me for my new sonic gray 2022 crv was immaculate! I love it there! I would recommend anyone looking for a new car with superior customer service to visit!!!

I cannot recommend Pohanka Honda ti anyone for services. My last service there was a disaster. They are in just for the money. They gave me a list of something I needed to service and wiper was on that list. So I asked them to change it. When they came to me that my car was ready, I came out and find out that my tire lock was not fixed. Immediately I saw it, I showed it to the service consultant. He fixed it, but little did I know that the wiper was not well fixed. I paid and left with my car. After few days, I went to work with the car, and I noticed that the wiper wasn’t wiping the car good and it was snowing. When I got home, I noticed that the wiper has caused damage to the windshield. I took the car to Honda service center because it was less than a week they fixed the wiper. The service manager took some pictures and told me they’ll contact me after some investigation.Sarcastically, He called me after 2weeks that they are at fault, but he can’t help me because my 2017 Honda Accord is an old car. He said, There’s no way he can put a new windshield on my old car. That the only thing he can help me with is to give me half of the money and that I should figure out what I want to do. What a world!

There are plexiglass panels in place to minimize the airborne travel of bacteria, there is hand sanitizer in place, the staff maintain social distancing, and masks are mandatory to be in the dealership. Disclaimer: I just visited there but do not speak for or work for the company.
