I don't know why I keep ordering from this location. My donuts are ALWAYS misshapen. It looks like a toddler makes these donuts. I got the berry lover dozen this time. And the jelly fill barely has jelly inside and the cheesecake one was dry and hard. And two of my jelly fill was lopsided.

This is the closest location to my home and I hate it. I gave this location another chance and I regret it. The appearance is POOR. Customer service is POOR. On 4/14/2022 9:25pm the brown skin lady with dreads or faux locs was extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s so sad that this is the customer service we receive. I won’t be back. And then the drive thru looks so unprofessional. It’s clear the owner of this franchise doesn’t care.

This is ridiculous! I’ve been a customer for sooo long and I never received donuts like this. This batch was so thin and hard!!!! Krispy Kreme on Central Ave needs to do better! Every time I come they NEVER have regular glazed. Always run out but to charge me for these ugly looking donuts is beyond me. I’m very disappointed and I have to drive 25-30mins to this store because my grandfather doesn’t eat any other kind of donuts. They seal the box so tight I didn’t even noticed until I drove off smh…

The experience at this specific location definitely stands out from the others. Every time I go to this location they're out of so many donuts Im beginning to wonder what their specialty actually is. They also gave me my order in a bag when all of the other locations give me a box.
