It was a decent neighborhood until they built the new townhouses on the main road to enter fern wood the security guard is super extra for no reason and doesnt really do the job they tore down the basketball hoop for no reason people dont park in there spaces or respect ur spaces the plot rent is not worth what the neighborhood brings

$800 a month and not nearly worth the price that is only for the lot rent. It is a ghetto trailer trailer park. You have to get a parking permit for any guests from the office which is always open nine-to-five Monday through Friday. The office workers get a kickback from every car that is towed off from the trailer park.
This is not a place you want to live park has gone down since I moved here 1994. Only two cars per house even if you have a driveway and your visitors have to have parking pass in order to visit or they will be towed. If you have visitors after rental office hours you have to park outside of trailer park on the public street. You can only get a visitor's pass on from the rental office you have to notify them when you have a visitor coming. This is the worse mobile home park in the State of Maryland and should be closed down for good.

Indeed they are. Just like any other place you must maintain papers, shots, and what not.
Well it varies depending on your move in be typical they are around 730 and that's trash included. I have been here one Year and I love coming home. Home sweet home its quite but yet still comes alive when the children come out to play or being dropped off of the school bus. No fighting and swearing amongst the youth. Its a very diverse area. Working class people. I hope this helps with your decision. God bless you
Currently under 800
If there are 7 new houses and some used ones for the new ones you have to apply how to buy a normal house and if you want to buy a used one you first have to apply for the land and then you buy it.
They have a 3 to 35 mill
There are 2 houses for sale and 1 that was recently sold about a month ago. Currently the two that are for sale are also under contract at this time. I hope this helps
No, just lots for manufactured homes.
