Unless you need the simplest of work done please don’t bring your vehicle here. They just want to get you car in and out without putting any extra time or effort in. Only shop I’ve ever been to in my life that has recommended a different shop to do work on my vehicle. A wheel and tire shop that didn’t even check wheel bearings while they had my wife’s crv. They will also take advantage of you and not listen if you are a female. Stay away

Honest. Competent. Professional. I hit a HUGE block of ice in NYC on my way to Lincoln, NH. I made it to NH without problems, but a weight must have been knocked loose days later. On the day I had to drive 12 hours to get home, my steering wheel was vibrating like crazy over 45 MPH. I called a lot of places, but they were reservation only and wouldn't take me. I was in a bind trying to find same day service so I could drive all day. Wilson Tire took great care of me instead of taking advantage of an out-of-state traveler. Knowing I was driving all day, they said to drive at least 5 miles and come back so they could check the lug nuts before I left the area. I drove 12+ hours and everything was super smooth. They balanced my tires and did an alignment as I requested for a reasonable rate. I'm a fan. Thanks!

took Toyota in for tire rotation, balance, alignment, oil change. got the bill, i thought $200 wan an ok price. then i noticed they didn't do an oil change. they just forgot to do it then they told e they couldn't do the alignment properly because they did not have certain bolts to do it ( never heard of needing bolts to do a front end alignment???) BUT THYE STILL CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR IT My son took his Truck to the Chevy dealer ( and we all know you never have service done at a dealer $$$$$$$$$$$) truck oil changes are much more expensive than a car $168 Alignment, balance all tires, rotation & oil Change Wilson Tire is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I preface this review by saying we did not ultimately engage in business today .. That said, the gentleman I spoke with knew his business inside and out, as a salesman and a technical expert and in a short time he convinced me that his shop is where I (and anyone who appreciates quality service and upfront sales) should spend their hard-earned cash! I will be visiting this location in about twelve(ish) weeks for a number of services and I look forward to it!
