Something is different here. Prior experiences (several years ago)had left me with the feeling that many of the staff didn't want to be bothered with customers. Now, it is a pleasure to go there. This is a very well stocked downtown hardware store with rental equipment and services such as tool sharpening, etc.

Awesome staff. Great customer service. Good rental equipment. I am a regular here. They almost always have what I am looking for. They did not have the pneumatic nails I needed. They got on the phone and made calls on my behalf. Incredible!
