Wait this is 2 years ago...im having the same problem now.
I too am in the same boat. I purchased furniture on February 28th and was informed that it would take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery. After weeks went by and no contact or update from Regency, I called almost a month later on March 26th for a delivery status. I was informed that some of the pieces were not available yet and the estimated delivery had been pushed back to April 16th. I just called the store where I purchased my furniture (Capitol Heights, MD) and was informed that once again the delivery date has been pushed back to May 12th. This is becoming very frustrating due to the fact that not once has anyone from Regency contacted me to update me on these changes. The only way Iβm finding out the status is if I call but still no one is able to give me a valuable reason as to why my furniture is taking over 8 weeks to be delivered.
Could you add some details to this please. I have used Regency Furniture twice so far and there has been no problems.
