Did you call them and tell them to pick it up I order mines 7 years ago I love it they are usually nice people and will make you happy so please try again
I would go to the store and speak to the manager, they are usually very good about rectifying these situations. My family has bought furniture from them for the past year without issue. Take pictures and go up there, which store did you purchase from?
Yes I call and I told them they said to me you have to pay money for us $150 to pick up and that's not my responsibility its came damage and I already but to much money and now they ask for more money and the furniture is damage and broken from them . I told the dilvery and he saw that he know thats but he says I have to go call the store and he didnt pick up again the stuff
