MVC has (in complete disdain for the people they are supposed to serve) shifted to Anointment Only. You have to use their circular and circuitous website to get an appointment. Most appointments are 2 to 3 WEEKS in the future. Hack: arrive in person early in the morning and check the website for available time slots same day. I've done it twice. One for me inside in fifteen minutes, the other in one hour. Be prepared for confusion, your day of scheduling will not be on their gov't printed paper. The workers are less patient and less tolerant than they used to be. Remember this in November and vote accordingly.

A Title in New Jersey is 60 dollars. To register a vehicle varies on the vehicle. They have different weights classes. Normally about 71.50 on the highest end.

In high school when you pass your written test they give you a card to take to DMV. Once you go to dmv you give them that card and they give you a learners permit, I recommend you to call agency’s of driving schools to give u lessons of driving. It involves your parallel parking etc... once you succeeded your 6 hour of driving requirement in driving school you have to call them back or they call you back scheduling for a couple more hours of practice, once there done preparing you for your road test you actually go with them, once you take your test if you pass you get your license and most likely you’ll have people there wanting to see you so when you get your license you just go back home with parent/guardian

Are you 100 % sure they are letting you renew by mail? The card for renewal in person and by mail looks similar unless you really read it. When they send a renewal by mail or in person, they usually give you a lot of time before the actual expiration date. I'd wait a few more weeks if you have wiggle room to wait.
