I have brought in my BMW M6 a few times now for service at BMW of Springfield and Paulo has always provided exceptional service. Paulo possess qualities of honesty, integrity, and overall exceptional customer care that I have not been able to find in my service advisor at other BMW dealerships. Firstly, Paulo has always made sure to answer any of the questions I have regarding the service. He does a great job of explaining the issues with the car in a way that is easy for me to understand. Secondly, Paulo does a great job of communicating. He sends me update through calls/texts on the status of my car, when I can expect to pick it up, and any additional issues that have come up. He also takes care of filing the claim with my warranty and updates me on any communications between them. I can drop off my car and have full peace of mind knowing that my vehicle will be taken care of. My positive experiences with Paulo at BMW of Springfield make me feel confident in recommending this dealership above all others to my friends and family.

Hands down, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ray is an amazing sales person, he’s very patient, kind and genuine. The process from start to finish was seamless. I’ve never owned a foreign car before and Ariel really helped me get to know my vehicle! I felt much more confident driving off the lot! Thanks again guys!
