I was turned away from the building because the watch could not be dropped off at the location, which it would've been nice to know so I wouldn't have wasted my time. Why do I have to risk theft or further damage from shipping just to have a watch, which was purchased from authorized dealer, repaired?

I switched from Apple Watch that had a sapphire glass to Tag Heuer E4. A huge difference in hardware quality. The Apple Watch wins big time! I have had Apple Watches for years now - stainless steel models with a sapphire glass. I still have not managed to scratch the glass on Apple, Breitling, Omega watches. Tag E4... got his display scratched in no time and I don't even know when! Also, with the Wearos 2 being outdated, Tag is way behind the AP. If you care about looks - go with Tag. If your focus is on functions, practicality, durability, flawless operation - Apple Watch.

I sent my watch smart to them to be repaired. They said it couldn’t be repaired. They sold me on a refurbished ($1000) one. Sent me back my old band. I called them three time over an 8 month period and was told they were waiting on parts. This last time I called they said they’d sent me my new watch already. I advised them they only sent me my old band and no watch was included. They said there was nothing they would do. Don’t use them. They lied to me three times then scammed me out of $1000.
