Debbie is the best! We moved to Union last year in August and fell in love with a couch and bedroom set. It was out of stock due to the pandemic but because of Debbie and her outstanding customer service, we waited 8 months for delivery. It is finally home and looks beautiful. Every time we go to the store Debbie is there with her loving and excellent services.

Although I I a true Macy's Loyal customer since the 90's (not to date myself) it seems like this location is becoming more and more unhelpful to the customers with no regard of service or even proper assistance. The last few visits have either been staff stating they can't help me because they are tired and had a lonely day... all while speaking to each other BEHIND the register or suggesting you call customer service before you even explain the problem. I see why they have begun opening up more furniture galleries within the stores. It's with great sadness that I say if I can't find it in short hills I may need to search companies elsewhere.

The worst service and the sales people working here are very rude. They are not helpful at all once the sale is done
