Helped me find a great car ( 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee) and worked past closing time. We didn't close that night but I came back the next day to purchase and everyone was still very friendly and welcoming. Financing department was legendary - approved me in less than an hour.

Came in with a problem with my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and was put in touch with Gary. Gary went above and beyond with his service and made me feel at ease. I Purchased the vehicle from 21st century auto group and I will Continue to take my vehicle to them because of the quality of workmanship but more importantly, 21st century auto group made me feel comfortable.

Does this dealer buy positive reviews from Eastern Europe?

This place is the biggest scamming and most unethical place I have ever ran into! I called about a car listed at $21,500.00 Lexus GS. I called and they said it was available. The carfax said clean. I inquired about the car a day or two prior. I asked them if I could put a deposit on the car because I was driving from Maryland all the way to Jersey. They said no I could not because this was a hot car with a lot of activity. I waited and called again. I asked are you sure there are no issues with the car? They said no it’s clean. So I jump in my car and drive to NJ. I get there and they tell me they can’t sell me the car because it has frame damage. Then tried it he bait and switch. Well we have the same car with less miles which we can sell to you for $9,000 more! They knowingly advertised this car, they knowingly gave me bad information, they knowingly allowed me to drive 3.5 hours to their place with fraudulent intent! I will be reporting them to better business bureau. They lie!!!!

Are the online posted prices the same as you pay in the store?

Todd Martin | Sep 26, 2018
Garry Ferro | Sep 26, 2018

The online price was not as advertised. I called ahead of time for hidden fees and were told there were none and then they tried to raise the price $2400 in hidden fees. They pulled a scam asking us questions whether we qualified for rebates of $800 for college students, $800 for veterans and $800 for being in the military which raise the price $2,400 afterward what felt like a lifetime in negotiations they finally agreed to the advertised price. I took the car for a test drive and it was making a noise they agree to fix the problem if I bought the car they said they would schedule an appointment within a week to fix the problem. I ask for something in writing stating they would fix the problem and they gave it to me in the contract it said (WE OWE) and I wrote on the bottom. Car makes noise when you stop short then after 3 months of phone calls giving me every excuse in the book they finally agreed to fix it but I couldn't get in touch with the service manager and how to fix it myself

This place is definitely a Scam and the owner employs unethical practices.I came to buy a Mercedes E350 they stated they had 2 and was trying to get me to buy the one with with more miles. The owner pushed me towards several cars then kept coming up with excuses about the bank this my credit that mind you my credit is not good therefore I bought a large down payment.Moving forward the deal goes through I take the car Black mercedes. It has a bubble on the front tire back brakes and rotors are shot and car needs a oil change.the C in 4matic is missing I asked about correcting these issues and attempted for 3 days to make a appointment the owner calls Yelling your crazy I knew the brakes were bad and I am not fixing anything I am not making any money on the deal so I am not fixing nothing and refused. Then calls me telling me the bank refused our deal 2 weeks later after I insured and fixed the brakes and tire out of pocket and refuses to reimburse me NEVER BUY A CAR HERE SCAM ARTIST
